And it feels like all of this is out of our control.

So how did we get here?

Imagine this for a second…

 

A teenager wanted to impress a girl from his class.

So one afternoon, when he was alone at home,

he took his parents’ shiny car for a ride.

 

He had never driven before.

From watching his dad, he figured out how to start it.

And for a few blocks, it felt exciting. Like freedom.

 

Until… he crashed into a tree.

Thankfully, he was okay.

 

But, what caused the accident?

Was it bad luck? Recklessness? The hormones?

 

Maybe a bit of all that.

But mostly… he just didn’t know how to drive.

Right?

 

So what if the same thing was true in our lives?

 

What if we keep crashing emotionally, mentally…

simply because we never learned how to drive this vehicle?

You see…

 

We’re born with this incredible system —

body, emotions, energy, mind —

it´s powerful, sophisticated…

 

But no one ever gave us the manual.

Yes?

If we’re lucky, we get some guidance on managing the world outside.

Studying, working, earning money…

But most of us never learned how to manage what’s inside.

 

So… we run on autopilot.

Or we let other people and external situations grab the steering wheel.

 

And you know that feeling when you’re in the passenger seat and the driver is going just a little too fast?

You grip the door handle.

You pretend you’re fine… but you’re not.

You jump at every turn.

You react to everything that might happen.

 

That´s because you are not in control.

 

And that’s what life feels like

when we’re not driving what´s happening inside us.

 

We react to people, to thoughts, to emotions, to situations…

instead of responding with clarity.

 

And this keeps us tense, anxious, and exhausted.

Maybe you’ve felt like that for a while.

I know I have.

This is not our fault.

Most of us were never given the instructions.

We were just handed a key and expected to drive.

 

And mind you…

I don’t have all the answers.

I’m not a therapist.

I’m not a coach or a guru.

 

But I’ve spent years exploring how we human beings work…

and how to live with a little more awareness and ease.

And I’m still on that journey.

 

So yes, crashing, unawareness, autopilot…

And that’s why I created

The Inner Space Awareness Program.

 

I’d love to tell you I came up with it

while meditating in a cave…

(and yes, I’ve done that too),

but really, it grew from years of experience, reflection, observation.

 

This isn’t a course.

It’s not therapy.

It’s not something you “consume.”

 

It’s a live, experiential journey.

Three weeks to discover how your inner world actually works.

We’ll explore body, emotions, energy, and mind…

 

Through awareness.

Through breath.

Through simple practices…

that help you understand yourself from the inside out.

 

These are practices that have supported me for years.

 

This isn’t about fixing or changing yourself.

It’s about understanding yourself a little better.

And that understanding brings ease.

It brings peace.

It brings balance.

How the Program Works

Here’s what to expect.

 

1. What this program helps you develop

 

Over these three weeks, the intention is not to “fix” yourself, but to understand yourself more clearly.

 

Through simple practices and guided exploration, the program is designed to help you develop:

 

●  A greater sense of inner calm and stability

●  Feeling less pulled by everyday stress and pressure

●  More awareness of thoughts and emotional reactions

●  The ability to pause instead of reacting automatically

●  A deeper connection with the body and breath

●  More clarity in how to navigate daily challenges

 

Small shifts like these often bring a surprising amount of ease to everyday life.

2. What’s included

 

  • 4 live experiential sessions

Each week we explore one dimension of our inner world (body, emotions, mind…) through guided practices, reflection, and shared exploration.

 

  • The BAM Air Sequence

A simple 18-minute practice designed to regulate your system, quiet the mind, and create inner clarity. This core sequence is unique to the program and will support you during and after the three weeks.

 

  • A small community

Limited to 15 participants so we can go deeper together.

 

  • Personal support

I’ll be available throughout the week for guidance, questions, and reflections.

Are there any contraindications I should be aware of?

The Inner Space Awareness Program is suitable for most adults.

 

However, it is not recommended:

  • during pregnancy,
  • or when recovering from recent major surgery.

 

You’re welcome to join once you’ve fully recovered, so the practices can be experienced safely and fully.

 

This program includes breath-based practices that can shift energy and emotional states.

If you’re currently experiencing psychosis, mania, or other acute mental-health conditions, it may not be suitable right now.

 

Once you’re stable and under the care of a mental-health professional, you can join safely.

Is this program therapy or medical treatment?

No. This program is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

It’s not a substitute for therapy or medical advice.

Do I need prior experience with breathwork or meditation?

You don´t need any prior experience with breathwork, meditation or any other practice.

Do I need to prepare for the sessions?
