Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
The Organizer does not store full payment details.
- Refunds and Deposits
Refund eligibility for deposits is governed exclusively by the Deposit Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Participants are responsible for reviewing those terms prior to registration.
- Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
- Attend sessions punctually
- Maintain respectful conduct toward other participants
- Refrain from disruptive behavior
- Ensure adequate internet connectivity and technical capability
- Take responsibility for their own learning and participation
The Organizer reserves the right to remove participants whose behavior materially disrupts the program experience for others.
In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.
- Intellectual Property
All program materials, content, frameworks, recordings, documents, and resources are the intellectual property of the Organizer unless otherwise stated.
They are provided for personal use only.
Participants may not:
- reproduce
- distribute
- modify
- resell
- share with non-participants
any materials without prior written permission.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
- Recordings
Live sessions may be recorded for quality, training, or participant access purposes.
By joining a session, you acknowledge that your participation may be recorded.
If you prefer not to appear in recordings, you are responsible for keeping your camera off and refraining from verbal participation.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the services.
Total liability related to any service shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for that service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not legally permitted.
- External Tools and Platforms
Programs may utilize third-party platforms (e.g., video conferencing or scheduling tools).
The Organizer is not responsible for outages, technical failures, or service interruptions caused by external providers.
- Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
By using the services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed that policy.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify program structure, session timing, or content when reasonably necessary.
Such modifications will not materially reduce the overall value of the program.
