Over the past few days you may have noticed something:

 

With a few minutes of breath, awareness, and music… your inner state can shift.

 

But as life continues: messages arrive, thoughts appear, people say things… the tension often returns.

 

It’s a bit like dust gathering on your skin throughout the day.

You take a shower, and you feel fresh again.

 

Practices like the ones you experienced are a bit like showers for the heart.

 

But what if we could move through life without gathering so much dust… so much tension in the first place?

 

That question is the starting point of the Inner Space Awareness Program.

How the Program Works

Here’s what to expect.

 

1. What this program helps you develop

 

Over these three weeks, the intention is not to “fix” yourself, but to understand yourself more clearly.

 

Through simple practices and guided exploration, the program is designed to help you develop:

 

●  A greater sense of inner calm and stability

●  Feeling less pulled by everyday stress and pressure

●  More awareness of thoughts and emotional reactions

●  The ability to pause instead of reacting automatically

●  A deeper connection with the body and breath

●  More clarity in how to navigate daily challenges

 

Small shifts like these often bring a surprising amount of ease to everyday life.

2. What’s included

 

  • 4 live experiential sessions

Each week we explore one dimension of our inner world (body, emotions, mind…) through guided practices, reflection, and shared exploration.

 

  • The BAM Air Sequence

A simple 18-minute practice designed to regulate your system, quiet the mind, and create inner clarity. This core sequence is unique to the program and will support you during and after the three weeks.

 

  • A small community

Limited to 15 participants so we can go deeper together.

 

  • Personal support

I’ll be available throughout the week for guidance, questions, and reflections.

Online via Zoom.

4. Format

●  Fully live (not pre-recorded)

 

Why This Program Is Live Only

 

This is not a course.

It’s an experience.

 

Many people buy online courses with good intentions…

and still say five years later:

“I’ll do it when I have time.”

 

Which usually means… never.

 

It reminds me of a short story:

Very little:

 

●  A quiet space

●  Pen and paper

●  About 2 hours on Sunday mornings

●  And a bit of time during the week for the core practice

●  Curiosity and openness

 

That’s all you need.

In the future, this program will likely be priced around €497+.

For this first cohort, you can join at no cost.

 

Why it’s free

 

This is the first time I’m guiding this new 3-week journey.

So I’m offering it for free in exchange for:

●  Your honest feedback (to refine the program),

About the deposit

To reserve your spot, a €50 refundable deposit is required.

Here´s how it works:

1. You place the deposit when you register.

2. You attend the sessions and participate in the practice.

3. Your deposit is fully refunded at the end.

 

Spaces are limited, and the deposit simply helps ensure that each spot is used by someone who genuinely intends to participate.

If after the first session you feel the program isn’t right for you, your deposit will be fully refunded — no questions asked.

This program will work best for people who:

●  Are curious about understanding themselves more deeply

●  Are open to simple, body-based practices

●  Value guided, experiential learning over passive content

You don’t need prior experience with breathwork or meditation.

Just curiosity and openness.

 

This may not be for you if:

●  You’re looking for a quick fix or instant transformation

●  You prefer fully self-paced, pre-recorded courses

●  You’re not available to attend the live sessions

●  You’re currently looking for clinical or therapeutic treatment

 

This is a guided inner awareness experience. Simple, practical, and experiential.
