Deposit Terms
- Purpose of the Deposit
To reserve a place in the program, participants are required to submit a deposit. The deposit is intended to support participant commitment and help maintain a high-quality experience for all attendees.
Submitting a deposit confirms your intention to attend the scheduled live sessions.
- Deposit Amount
The deposit amount will be clearly communicated at the time of registration.
- Refund Eligibility
The deposit is fully refundable provided that the participant attends at least 80% of the scheduled live sessions included in the program.
Attendance is tracked based on actual participation in the live sessions.
- Non-Attendance
Participants who do not meet the minimum attendance requirement will not be eligible for a refund.
Failure to attend the program, in whole or in part, constitutes forfeiture of the deposit.
- Transfers to Future Cohorts
If a participant is unable to attend the scheduled cohort, a request may be made to transfer the deposit to a future cohort of the same program.
Transfer requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted at the organizer’s sole discretion.
- Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for ensuring their availability, time zone compatibility, internet access, and technical ability to attend live sessions.
Scheduling conflicts or personal circumstances do not automatically qualify for refunds.
- Organizer Discretion
Exceptions to these terms may be granted at the sole discretion of the organizer in situations deemed appropriate.
Any exceptions do not constitute a waiver of these terms for future cases.
- Payment Processing
Deposits are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By submitting a deposit, you agree to the payment provider’s applicable terms and policies.
- Acceptance of These Terms
By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Deposit Terms prior to completing your registration.
